Our Stew Beef comes from the trim-out of steaks and roasts. Most pieces are cut about 1 inch square. Our Stew Beef is very lean (about 90/10) and works in a variety of dishes - beef tips, kabobs, stews…the list of delicious dishes is endless! Each package is about 1.25 to 1.5 lbs.
