The Chuck Roast is the traditional Sunday roast. It is loaded with flavor and has just enough fat to make it juicy. (~2.5- 3 lbs) The outside fat covering has a yellow/orange color due to the beta-carotene in the grass. This limited yellow fat also contains omega-3 which comes from being grassfed. We recommend the roast be nearly covered with water and cooked low and slow until fork tender.
