At Baldwin Beef, our cattle roam freely across thousands of acres of lush, chemical-free pasture, grazing on nutrient-rich, high-protein grasses.
We use a year-round grazing system to produce our all-natural beef on a sustainable, multi-generation cattle ranch in Central NC. Processed at local USDA facilities and fresh-frozen, we offer dozens of standard cuts in kitchen ready, vacuum-sealed packages. Our meat is available in-store, shipped, and for pickup at Farmers Markets.
